Here are a few things you should know. Here is all information you might need about the venue – Tallink Hotel Riga. And here if you scroll down the map you’ll find detailed information on how to get there. You can receive your badgeupon arrival at the venue starting from 8 AM on June 14. There might be some cues so arrive on time not to miss our grand opening show at 9 AM. We have some surprises for you so it’s worth it  And don’t forget to grab your ID or ticket that doesn’t have to be printed.
Light breakfast, lunch, as well as morning and afternoon coffee, is included in the ticket price. You won’t have to worry about food if you are vegetarian or vegan as well as if you need gluten-free options in the meal. We have thought about it. But you can still communicate your food preferences with the staff @ the venue.

Networking party starts at the end of the first conference day @ 7 PM in the same conference venue and at the same place where you are going to have lunch. Food, a couple of drinks, informal atmosphere, games and music on us, everything else on you. Party is for all conference attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizers. |
